In keeping with the association's continued commitment to inclusion across all facets of media production, UFVA is proud to announce its partnership with EDIT Media (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in Teaching Media), a new initiative brought to you by members of the Gender Caucus and Diversity and Inclusion Caucus.

Launched at this year's UFVA conference, EDIT Media offers best practices for inclusive teaching in media production, advice for administrators for leading inclusive programs, tips for students to get the most out of their media production programs, and a wealth of teaching resources for implementing inclusive practices in your classes. The initiative also continually seeks your inclusive and collaborative teaching ideas to add to the website. Find links and more at http://www.ufva.org/page/editmedia

And, thanks to the incredible effort of member Michelle Glaros, UFVA is delighted to announce its new mentorship program for association members. The mentorship program provides faculty and graduate students with a network of experienced colleagues ready to assist and guide one another throughout their academic careers from first-hire to retirement and beyond. Learn how to find or become a mentor at http://www.ufva.org/page/mentorprogram.

You can always find both pages under "Resources" on the UFVA website.
