Share |

California State University Los Angeles is delighted to host the 71st annual conference of the University Film and Video Association on our campus in summer 2017. The main conference will be July 30-August 2 (Sunday through Wednesday). Located fifteen minutes east of downtown Los Angeles, and thirty minutes from Hollywood, CSULA is one of the most culturally diverse campuses in the United States, making it an ideal location for this year's conference theme: MEDIA DIVERSITY: INCLUSION AND CONVERGENCE.

Dr. Suzanne Regan, long-time member and past president of the University Film and Video Association, and her CSULA colleagues are looking forward to welcoming all to their home campus. They are confident of an engaging and beneficial experience for all.

SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED; a preliminary program will be available in early May. Conference registration will open on April 15th.

Students can still apply for the Graduate Fellowship (due April 1 at 11:59pm).
